Fee Schedule
- Acknowledgments
- $10 for first notarization, $5 for each additional
- Oaths and Affirmations
- $10 for first Oath/Affirmation, $5 for each additional
- Public Request for Notary Journal Line Item
- $0.25 per line item
- Travel Fees
- Although this fee depends on the distance traveled, minimum standard travel fees are $25, with additional fees of $5 to $200 depending on the location, time of day, etc.
- Waiting Fee
- Wait times in excess of 10 minutes be charged $2 per minute.
- Document Printing Fees
- (for loan documents and more): $0.50 per page.
- Forms and Template Fees
- $5/form.
- After Hours Fee
- $35 and up, depending on time and location.
Loan Signing Rates: Negotiable, with average $125 for signing up to 150 pages.

There is no charge for notarizing signatures on the vote, whether through mail-ballot identification envelopes or other voting materials.
US military veterans are exempt from paying notary fees for notarizing an application or claiming a pension, allotment, allowance, compensation, insurance, or any other veteran’s benefit.
